If your plant has a direct fire burner system, and you would like it to be more efficient and eliminate safety concerns, we can convert to a tank coiled system.
There are many advantages to converting your tanks:
- Safety. Direct fire tube tanks are more susceptible to explosions and leaks if not monitored extremely well.
- Efficiency. The hot oil coil system heats the tanks more efficiently than the direct fire tube tanks. It is also easier to introduce multiple tanks with a separate hot oil heating system and eliminating the need for scavenger coils.
- Cost Savings. The cost of horizontal tanks is high so if you have an old one that you can convert, you can see instant savings there. You will also experience long-term savings through the efficiency of the hot oil system.
